Personal Review:
A fantastic wine that paired extremely well with thai peanut chicken! Opening statement: BOOM! I'm sure this would be an excellent wine by itself, but all the flavors and aromas that exude from Espuela del Gaucho's Malbec defy anything I would've expected. You can immediately detect the scent of spice and a hit of chocolate, giving this wine a pleasant aroma. However, drinking this wine as I chowed down on some of that oh-so-delicious thai peanut chicken made my experience that much better. Flavors of a fruity pudding or custard conjured up images of the Andes mountains and the fruits that dangle from the very tips of the branches. This is one I would recommend to anyone who needs to pair a spicier food with a phenomenal wine!

Personal Score: VG (4.0/5)
